LYNDHURST'S little Hayes Guest House is for sale for £610,000.
Owners Bill and Kay Dufficy have put the six-bedroom B&B on the market after running it for three years.
The pair now plan to purchase other property and pursue other business interests.
Ed Bellfield, who is handling the sale for agents Christie and Co, said: "Little Hayes Guest House enjoys high levels of repeat trade and has the ability to cater for different requirements.
"There is still plenty of scope to increase the turnover.
"It was recently inspected by the AA and was awarded 4 Diamond accreditation."
