IT was a lesson strictly not to forget as TV dancers visited Southampton to lead a workshop.
Former Strictly Come Dancing stars Vincent Simone and Flavia Cacace taught their moves to 150 budding dancers at a workshop at Dizzyfeet Dancing in Shirley.
The duo left Strictly last summer after seven years of sweeping inexperienced celebrities onto the dance floor in front of a TV audience of thousands.
Flavia made headlines in December when she married actor Jimi Mistry, with whom she was paired on the show in 2010.
The workshops came ahead of a calendar of new ballroom and Latin dance classes at Dizzyfeet Dancing in Shirley Road, Southampton, which start this week.
