COURSES aimed at reducing people’s alcohol intake will take place at the Royal South Hants Hospital in Southampton next month.
The Alcohol: A Brief Intervention session will take place at the hospital in Brintons Terrace between 1pm and 4.30pm.
The session gives people ways to assess their alcohol use and develop ways to reduce alcohol consumption.
The course is aimed at community healthcare workers, primary care staff, and staff who have clients who may be vulnerable to drinking to excess.
