CIVIC chiefs have approved plans to build a two-bedroom house in Winchester despite having received a number of objections.
The application was rubberstamped after eight of the nine councillors voted in favour for the project at Sermon Road – a detached two-bedroom house with an integral garage.
A number of residents raised concerns with the development stating that it would lead to a loss of green space in the community.
