BROADCASTER Sir David Frost has left a £13m fortune to his family and loved ones, it has been revealed.
The veteran TV star suffered a heart attack and died last year aged 74, just hours after setting sail on a cruise ship from Southampton.
Sir David, who lived in Michelmersh, near Romsey, for many years, left the bulk of his estate to his wife of 30 years, Lady Carina, 62.
He left his friend Michael Rosenberg, an executor of his estate, £25,000 and sister Margaret Bull £50,000.
Probate records also show that his three nephews and a niece got £12,500 each.
His three sons attended The Pilgrims' School, the private boys' prep school in the grounds of Winchester Cathedral.
In 2009, the satirist and broadcaster was awarded an honorary doctorate at the University of Winchester.
