The jury has retired to consider its verdict in the trial of three brothers accused of being involved in a violent confrontation with another family following a long running feud.
Raja Roath, 25, and Shakti Roath, 28, both of Bitterne Road East, and Jaswant Roath, 30, of Bassett Avenue, all deny affray following a violent altercation with members of the Potiwal family in Clovelly Road, Southampton, in April 13 last year.
Two people went to hospital, one suffering from a broken nose, a black eye and bruising over his body, Southampton Crown Court has been told.
The jury went out just after 12.10pm today.
