Police investigate death of 10-year-old boy
A TEN-year-old boy has died in hospital, police have confirmed.
A Hampshire Police spokesman said officers were called to an address in Ryde, Isle of Wight, at about 3pm yesterday.
The boy was taken to St Mary's Hospital on the island where he later died but the cause has not yet been identified.
His death is not being treated as suspicious at this time and police are investigating the cause on behalf of the coroner, a police spokesman said.
