Bid to convert family home into flats
PLANS to divide a family home in Southampton into flats have been filed with the city council.
Sahota Singh wants to convert the eight-bedroom property in Belmont Road into one studio, two one-bedroom and one three-bedroom flats.
A decision on the plans is due by April 17.
