AN inquest has opened into the death of a Hampshire centenarian.
Les Holder, 101, of Ellingham Court, Alresford, died on March 28 shortly before his 102nd birthday.
The inquest was opened in Winchester and it heard the possible cause of death was a fall.
Mr Holder grew up in Cheriton and for many years farmed Blackhouse Farm at Hinton Ampner.
The resumed inquest is due to be held on June 9.
