Traffic lights failure causes Southampton traffic delays
HEAVY traffic is being reported on a busy commuter route into Southampton city centre.
A road user said that traffic lights are out of sync at Priory Road and St Denys Road, which is causing tailbacks in both directions on Cobden Bridge.
Traffic is queuing in both directions, as well as on nearby Bullar Road and heading westbound on Cobden Avenue.
In an unrelated matter, there is also traffic heading westbound on Portsmouth Road and across the Itchen Bridge.
