MORE than 26 acres of agricultural land at Sparsholt are for sale for £185,000 with rural asset management company Bays Curry McCowen.
The land, the first of several parcels expected to come to the market, is available as a whole or in two lots, both with access to the road.
Located just to the north of the village, the gently sloping fields are permanent pasture and come with a number of mature oaks.
The land has been registered under the Single Payment Scheme over which entitlements have been established and those will transfer to the buyer.
