A VICIOUS attacker turned a disabled man into a human fireball by dousing him in white spirit and setting him alight.
Michael Toye, 43, was today fighting for his life after suffering terrible burns to his chest, legs, chin, lips and eyes.
Doctors fear he may never recover and have put him into a medically induced coma to ease his agony.
A 17-year-old man has been detained in connection with the assault and was helping police with their inquiries.
