THE OWNERS of a home in Hampshire have applied to have work done on more than a dozen trees.
Residents in the Old Vicarage, Woodlands, in Netley Marsh want to reduce the height of several trees, including the crown height of a poplar by five metres.
The application to New Forest National Park Authority includes the reducing two yew trees to clear the nearby bus stop and cables.
It also includes felling a birch and removing deadwood from three oak trees.
The applicant has applied to work on 16 trees at the Ringwood Road home altogether.
A decision is expected to be made by Monday July 13.
