ACTING on behalf of London & Cambridge Properties agents Goadsby have let the first floor at 17-18 The Avenue in Southampton to a church group.
The offices, which comprise 425 sq ft, have been let to New Frontiers Life Church Southampton at a rental of £6,375 per year for three years.
The office will be the administrative hub of this brand new church, which will meet every Sunday in the city centre.
The church has been planted' by the New Frontiers family of churches, which has hundreds of branches across the globe. It already has large churches in Winchester, Bournemouth, Portsmouth and Hedge End.
Chris Kilby, who leads the church, was formally a leader at the Winchester Church.
He will be based at the Avenue offices, along with volunteer staff and trainees.
He said: "We are all hoping that the vibrant new church will benefit many sections of the community, and that it will grow to be as large as the Winchester congregation, which regularly gathers over 500 people of all ages."
