A CAR was completely destroyed in a large fire this morning.
The blaze was reported at 8.20am this morning and firefighters from Redbridge attended the car, a silver Ford Focus, which was on the side of Anglesea Road, Shirley and put out the flames.
No-one was hurt or rescued and the cause of the fire is not known at this time.
Police were made aware of the incident but are not investigating.
