IT was a festive sight to behold.
Nearly 200 fleet footed Santas dashed around the cobbled streets of Romsey in aid of Cancer Research UK.
The town was brought to a standstill by the Santa Fun Run, which was the first of its kind in Romsey.
The mile-long route saw the red suited Santas start at Crosfield Hall before running along Paimpol Place, Broadwater Road, Bell Street and round the outside of Market Place Roundabout and through the Hundred before making their way to Palmerston Street and back to Crossfield Hall.
The run was organised by Valley Leisure, which manages the Romsey Rapids Sports Complex on behalf of Test Valley Borough Council.
