THERE were all things equestrian at a family fun day over the bank holiday.
Quob Stables in Durley Brook Road, Southampton, hosted more than 1,000 people with a day of fun filled horse themed activities.
These included pony rides, the chance to get up close and personal with the animals and horse riding performances.
One of the riders who return to put on a display was Sadie Smith who learnt how to perform dressage at Quob Stables and now competes in national tournaments.
Beth Bayes, the owner of the stables said: "We have done a family fun day to raise money for charity and this year our chosen charities are the Teenage Cancer Trust and Naomi House.
"Everyone has had a really good day, one person came up to me and say they had had a fabulous day."
