A MAN is being treated by paramedics as he lies on the ground on a Southampton street.
Emergency services are currently at the scene in Howard Road, Shirley, helping the man.
Neighbours came out of their houses shortly after the emergency services arrived at about 1.45pm.
A witness contacted the Daily Echo and said: “I was walking down the road and suddenly two police cars, both with their lights on, and an ambulance also with its lights on came down the road.
“People were coming out of their houses. Paramedics and the police were on the pavement attending to somebody.
“As I got closer it was obvious that there was somebody on the floor that was getting medical attention on the pavement.”
