With the imminent return of The Crystal Maze to our small screens, we bring our readers a glimpse of when Southampton had it's very own.

Whether foraging for gems in the Crystal Maze, blasting cannons in Laser Quest or hitting strikes on the bowling alleys, Superbowl was the place to be for many kids of the 90s inSouthampton.

Fun seekers flocked to Millbrook and poured through the doors in their droves to engage in the activities, eat at the diner, or to simply use the arcade.

Many have happy memories of taking on their friends in a multiplayer game of Daytona, or joining forces to bring down the enemy on Time Crisis.

Now trading under the name of Tenpin Bowling, there's still plenty to do - with the exception of The Crystal Maze, which was removed from the complex many years ago.

We have pictures of the venue through the years, including people enjoying the fabled Crystal Maze, so be sure to scroll through the images above.
