Police have charged a man after an incident involving a gun at an Isle of Wight Hotel.
Officers were called to the incident at the Burlington Hotel, Ventnor on Wednesday just after 6.15pm.
50-year-old Timothy Clark, of Bellevue Road, Ventnor has been charged with affray, possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence, and possession of a shotgun without a certificate.
He remains in custody and is due to appear at Isle of Wight Magistrates’ Court on February 24.
