A Hampshire teenager's birthday message to inspire other young people with disabilities has gone viral.
16-year-old Lewis Hine, who was diagnosed with a brain tumour aged just 17 months, posted the video on his Facebook page and it has now received nearly 4million views.
The Portsmouth teenager has had more than a dozen operations on his brain since the tumour was discovered.
He has launched a campaign to help bring children with long-term disabilities together.
