MOTORISTS were facing severe delays after a vehicle broke down on the A31.
The incident happened on the eastbound carriageway early in the morning and blocked one lane near Stoney Cross.
Traffic was being reported as far west as Ringwood but the vehicle has now been cleared from the road and the disruption has cleared.
