A Ferrari driver will appear in court following the death of boy who was killed in a crash.
Matthew Cobden, 38, from Surrey has been reported for summons for causing death by careless driving and will appear before Basingstoke Magistrates Court on June 6.
As previously reported, 13-year-old Alexander Worth, who was inside the 1.2million Ferrari F50, died as a result of the collision in North Warnborough on August 26 last year.
A pre-inquest review into his death will be held on May 23 at Basingstoke Coroner's Court.
