ONE of the most popular motorbike events in Southampton has found a new backer.
Spire Southampton has become the official sponsor of Southampton Bike Night (SNB) which comprises hundreds motorcycles of all ages and descriptions.
Co-founder of Southampton Bike Night, Mark Holman said: “Having Spire healthcare join our sponsorship team is fantastic news for Southampton Bike Night.
“We are in our 5th year and seeing an average of 500 bikes every Thursday evening at the Bargate Monument, SBN is very proud to sign another high profile sponsor.
“It’s a pleasure working with Spire healthcare who like SBN have the people of Southampton at the core of its values and want to continue to grow our successful event.”
The next SNB is a ladies night on June 22 at the Bargate.
Spire Southampton’s Head of Sales and Marketing, Georgie Collins said: “Spire Southampton is a leading private hospital on the south coast, providing convenient and accessible diagnostic and surgical procedures for all the family.
“Southampton Bike Night has gone from strength to strength, establishing itself as a hub for the motorbike community. Along with our partners Perform and April UK we are delighted that our sponsorship will keep Bike Night free and accessible to all.”
SNB are looking to attract more sponsors so that the event which attracts hundreds, can continue to grow.
