The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates court on June 22 2016:

Robert Kay Murray Malaney, 36 of Millbrook Tower in Southampton pleaded guilty to stealing two jackets from Superdry. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £30.

Billy Edward Blandford, 29 of Purbrook Way in Havant pleaded guilty to driving whilst under the influence of alcohol in Station Road, Netley. Fined £500. Victim surcharge of £50. Costs £85. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Alexandra Johnson, 32 of Weston Lane in Southampton pleaded guilty to stealing various items to the approximate value of £30 from the Co-op and failing to comply with supervision requirements. Fined £50. Victim surcharge of £30. Committed to prison for 14 days.

Shaun David Mcguinness, 56 of Lime Tree House in Lymington pleaded guilty to using threatening and abusive words whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for three battery offences and being threatening. Fined £25. Costs £40. Victim surcharge £85. Three months electronic monitoring device between the hours of 7pm and 11.59pm.

Jason Leigh Walker, 31 of Twyford Road in Eastleigh pleaded guilty to driving whilst disqualified. Community order made to carry out 120 hours unpaid work within the next 12 months. Victim surcharge £85. Costs £85. Disqualified from obtaining a license for three months.

Graeme Thomas Farr, 35 of Desborough Road in Eastleigh pleaded guilty to failing to comply with notification requirements following sexual offences. He failed to notify police that he was using several names, other than his registered name. Rehabilitation Activity requirement, to attend appointments for a maximum of 20 days. Fined £85. Victim surcharge £85.

Mandy Marley, 49 of Lord Mountbatten Close in Southampton pleaded guilty to failing to notify a local authority of circumstances which she knew would affect her Housing Benefit entitlement. Community order to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work. £60 victim surcharge. Costs £40.

Lee Geoffrey Collins, 22 of Monk Way in Mansbridge pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis. Fined £150. Victim surcharge £30.

David Anthony Thorn, 34 of Evenlode Road in Southampton, pleaded guilty to stealing a Vkat Schnapps and meat products, of a total value of £12.50, from Iceland in Shirley High Street and failing to surrender to which he pleaded guilty. He also assaulted a woman who was carrying on her normal duties in a public place which he denied, however he was found guilty. Committed to prison for five months. Victim surcharge £115.
