THE following cases were recently heard at magistrates’ court:
Judith Elizabeth Granard, 69, of Cull Lane, New Milton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
James Stewart Henderson, 56, of Southampton Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing razors and shampoo to the total value of £86 from a Southampton ASDA. Admitted breach of suspended sentence. Committed to prison for 33 days in prison and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.
William Kilgour, 37, of Chapel Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using abusive words or behaviour. Fined £140 and ordered to pay £40 costs and £30 victim services surcharge.
Charlie Waters, 24, of Cygnus Gardens, Dibden. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a breath specimen. Fined £634 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £63 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 17 months.
George Thomas Pilkington-Hall, 20, of Viney Avenue, Romsey. Pleaded guilty to drink driving and driving without insurance. Fined £240 and ordered to pay £40 costs and £30 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 14 months.
Shafiullah Zahid, 29, of Northumberland Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £40 costs and £30 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.
Tracy Ann Ashton, 44, of Springford Gardens, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving without insurance. Fined £288 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge. Licence endorsed with six points.
Gary Hanna, 50, of Dolphin Close, Bishopstoke. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 26 months.
Nathan John Grant Rowbottom, 23, of Elm Crescent, Hythe. Pleaded guilty to using violence to secure entry to premises. Twelve-month conditional discharge, £100 compensation, £50 costs.
Susan Jayne Cook, 54, of Hewlett Close, Twyford. Pleaded guilty to speeding. Driving record endorsed with three penalty points, £125 fine, £30 victim services surcharge.
Ricky Pulhofer, 51, of Gambledown Lane, Sherfield English. Pleaded guilty to speeding. Driving record endorsed with four penalty points, £70 fine, £20 victim services surcharge.
Steven Thornhill, 47, of Estridge close, Bursledon. Pleaded guilty to benefit fraud. Twelve-month conditional discharge, £200 costs, £20 victim services surcharge.
Fiona Avis, 25, of Shirley Towers, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to criminal damage. Pay £200 compensation. Also pleaded guilty to three counts of assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty. Pay victim compensation totalling £300.
Darren George Moss, 29, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to stealing toothbrush valued at £280 belonging to Boots. Community order, £100 fine, £85 victim services surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to stealing two toothbrushes valued at £560 belonging to Boots. Community order. Also pleaded guilty to stealing six bottles of wine and three cans of alcohol valued at £68 belonging to the Co-op. Community order.
Abigail Truckel, 24, of Graham Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to criminal damage. Told to pay £100 compensation and £50 costs.
George Alan Purchase, 25, of Romsey Road, Copythorne. Found guilty of assault. Community order, £620 costs, £85 victim services surcharge.
Karin Ulrika Travers, 44, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to stealing meat valued at £21.92 belonging to Waitrose. Community order, £85 costs.
Oliver Edward Devine, 29, of Great Elms Close, Holbury. Pleaded guilty to harassment. Community order, restraining order, £150 fine, £85 victim services surcharge, £85 costs.
Helder Cristiano Da Costa Ferreira, 28, of Newcombe Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault. Fined £250, £85 costs, £30 victim services surcharge.
