The coastguard has airlifted a person to hospital after being rescued from a boat in Southampton Water.
Emergency crews rushed to help the patient who suffered a suspected stroke near Netley shortly before 8pm on Tuesday.
They were taken to Southampton General Hospital by coastguard helicopter.
A spokesman from South Central Ambulance Service confirmed they were called at 9pm to Beach Lane in Netley Abbey, where ambulance crews and specialist paramedics assessed the patient.
Crews from Hillhead Coastguard and Calshot RNLI were also in attendance.
