HUNDREDS of people discovered how to get healthy.
Southampton's first Healthy Living Festival saw thousands of people descend on Riverside Park and Woodmill Outdoor centre on Sunday.
People tried their hand at range of activities during the day including flag football, pop-up tennis, storytelling, face painting, martial arts, buggy mum classes – as well as an inflatable bouncy castle and bowling alley.
The festival was organised by ParkLives – a partnership between Active Nation Southampton, and Coca-Cola Great Britain – alongside Active Ability and Special Olympics Southampton.
