A MOTORCYCLIST has been disqualified from the road for a year after he was caught over the alcohol limit.
Krystian Fierka, 43, of Nightingale Close, Badger Farm, Winchester, was tested on Badger Farm Road on August 11, a magistrates court in Basingstoke was told.
His reading was 123 micrograms in 100 millilitres of blood when the legal limit is 85.
Fierka was fined £296 with a £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.The 12-month ban will be cut by 13 weeks if he passes an approved course.
