A FALLEN tree has caused major delays to trains in the Southampton area this morning.
Rail response units were sent to clear the obstruction near Swanwick, which blocked services between Fareham and St Denys.
Services between Eastleigh and Fareham were also impacted.
Crews have since cleared the tree and all lines are now open.

A spokesperson for South Western Railway, said: "Our control room received reports of a tree blocking the railway between Fareham and St Denys.
"To assist in the removal of this tree, the power to trains was switched off.
"Because the power has been switched off, trains were also unable to serve stations between Fareham and Eastleigh."
