A HAMPSHIRE man died after consuming a cocktail of drugs and alcohol, an inquest heard.
Musician Ryan Pink from Totton was discovered by his partner at her home in Dibden.
Winchester Coroner's Court heard that the 33-year-old had a history of drugs and alcohol dependence going back at least 10 years.
Mr Pink, of Hounsdown Avenue, was found at Corsair Drive on July 13 by Joanna Blackmore, his partner for two and half years.
She said in the past Mr Pink had taken ecstasy, ketamine and acid tablets, as well as alcohol and heroin, and the day before he died he told her he had drunk 13 cans of larger.
Pathologist Dr Jeffery Theaker said that toxicology results showed alcohol 3.4 times the drink drive limit, a breakdown product of cocaine and methadone - a prescribed substitute for heroin - in Mr Pink's blood.
Central Hampshire coroner Grahame Short recorded a conclusion of alcohol and drugs related death.
