I’M ABSOLUTELY disgusted at First Bus.

They are taking away the number 12 service as they say they are not making enough profit. They can afford to put WiFi and charger points in there though!

My friend’s mum is in her 70s and relies on that bus to take her from Shirley to Tesco where she works every week.

She is elderly and can’t walk far and that job is a lifeline to her since she was recently widowed.

I called First Bus and they said she would have to now walk!

Treating a lovely lady, who has been a taxpayer all her life, like this is absolutely disgraceful.

Shame on First Bus.
