A duvet full of DVD’s have been found by police, who believe the items to have been stolen.
Officers are asking the public for help after the duvet was found on Bursledon Road on April 17.
It was found hidden behind a bus stop.
It’s the second case this month where a duvet has believed to have been used to gather goods from a Hampshire property.
On April 5, a burglar stole cash, jewellery and alcohol from a home in Bursledon, wrapped in a duvet cover.
£150 cash, 50 euros and 100 dollars were taken as well as necklaces, earrings and a bracelet in a silver/grey doubt duvet from a home on Lowford Hill.
Anyone with information about the potentially stolen DVD’s is asked to contact PC 1238 Carey or PSI Helen Mills on 101, with proof of ownership required.
Officers are still seeking information about the cash, alcohol and jewellery taken from Lowford Hill, with anyone with information asked to contact police on 101 with reference number 44170126560.
