MOTORISTS are facing rush-hour traffic after a crash on a Hampshire motorway.
The incident happened on the M3 northbound between junctions 12 and 13 near Eastleigh, and is causing delays of 45 minutes.
Traffic is building on the M3 itself, as well as on the M27 and link roads back to Rownhams and Eastleigh.
It is not known if anyone has been injured in the crash.
