Man sustains broken finger in late night assault
A MAN sustained a broken finger after he was assaulted on New Year's Day.
The 59-year-old was assaulted in Angel Courtyard behind the Angel Hotel, in Lymington, between 12.15am and 1am on Monday January 1.
He sustained injuries including bruises and a broken finger.
It is believed a number of men were involved.
Police are now appealing for information and released CCTV of the people they wish to speak to in connection with the incident.
The people shown were in the area and may have vital information that would assist Hampshire Constabulary's investigation.
