Traffic light failure at M3 junction
TRAFFIC lights have stopped working on an M3 slip road.
The set of lights, at junction 11 on the M3, near Winchester, have fallen victim to a localised power cut - according to road bosses.
Engineers are said to be aware of the problem, on the B3335, Hockley.
