SCORES of NHS workers were due to take part in a celebratory 70th anniversary Parkrun yesterday morning.
Teaming up with the NHS, organisers at Eastleigh Parkrun decided to hold the special event to mark the milestone.
The run took place at Fleming Park at 9am.

Meanwhile in Southampton, more than 1,000 people took part at and their event - around 300 more than usual for the time of year, according to organisers.
