I WOULD like to thank all the staff in the Surgical Day Unit at Southampton General Hospital.
I had to have a biopsy on my kidney so I was a bit nervous. They were excellent at putting me at ease. The care and attention I received was excellent. I can`t praise them enough. Even though they were very busy, nothing was too much for them.
The care I received was so different to the Queen Alexandra where I asked for a commode and was told they were too busy. After two hours, it was too late.
