A WOODED area near a Southampton school has caught fire - causing a large cloud of smoke above part of the city.
Firefighters are currently tackling the blaze at Five acres, off Brownhill Way.

The site is close to David Lloyd leisure centre and near to Oasis Academy Lords Hill.
Firefighters from Redbridge and St Mary's are currently at the scene of the blaze, which was reported to Hampshire Fire and Rescue around 2.10pm today.
