A MAN is due to appear in court in connection with the investigation into the murder of Lucy McHugh.
Stephen-Alan Paul Nicholson, 24, is accused of refusing to disclose his Facebook password to detectives probing the death of the 13-year-old.
He is due to appear at Southampton Crown Court today following the charge, which relates to the failure to disclose access codes to an electronic device as requested by police under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act.
Nicholson, of no fixed address, previously made a 40-minute appearance at Southampton Magistrates’ Court.
Wearing a grey hooded top, he was flanked by two security guards as he sat in the dock.
He spoke only to confirm his date of birth and nationality.
