SOUTHAMPTON 'paedophile hunter' Stephen Dure has been jailed for 15 weeks.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates Court this afternoon, Dure was being sentenced after pleading guilty to falsely accusing Eastleigh man Paul Farhad of allegedly grooming teenagers.
Dure, 34, runs TRAP group, which claims to sting those who are attempting to meet up with children.
As previously reported, Dure, in a post made online last November, claimed that 42-year-old Farhad 'allegedly grooms teenagers' and was a 'violent psychopath'.
Mr Farhad claimed he had lost his job because of the post, and had suffered damage to his home.
A restraining order was also put in place for two years between Dure and Mr Farhad.
