104-year-old helped by Eastleigh firefighters
FIREFIGHTERS rushed to help a 104-year-old resident after she became trapped.
Crews from Eastleigh fire station were called by South Central Ambulance Service to help them get access to the woman's room at a care home on Winchester Road in Chandler's Ford.
They helped get access to the property after the woman had fallen behind the door.
A spokesperson for the Hampshire fire service said the woman was not injured but had had "a little fall."
She was taken to hospital.
