MAY I suggest if the council got its act together and cut out the traffic jams by removing the stop-go traffic lights and introduced more roundabouts to keep the traffic flowing, a lot of pollution would be reduced.
Has anyone done a survey on how much pollution is produced by the traffic idling in queues caused by the city's roads management programme?
It is a well-known fact that when traffic lights break down, invariably the traffic moves faster, why should Joe Public always have to bail out the council for problems largely of their making?
