DRIVERS are facing half-hour delays on the M3 due to a broken down vehicle.
The hold-up is affecting motorist heading southbound after the incident between junctions 12 and 13, near Eastleigh.
Delays are being reported as far back as junction nine for Winnall due to the single lane blockage.
