The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates’ Court:

Craig Alvin Steven Jenks, 29, of Gerard Crescent, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to possessing controlled class B drug. Fined £100 with £85 costs and £30 victim services surcharge.

Yvonne Elizabeth Stokes, 63, of Linford Crescent, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to supply information which could affect her entitlement to housing benefit. Two-year conditional discharge, £135 costs and £20 victim services surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to failing to supply information which could affect her entitlement to income support. Two-year conditional discharge.

Magdalena Wolanin, 35, of Lewis Silkin Way, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving without insurance. Fined £50 with £85 costs and £30 victim services surcharge.

Grzegoorz Jan Trojanowski, 43, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to possessing class B controlled drug. Fined £20 with £30 victim services surcharge.

Philip Vickery, 50, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to criminal damage. Jailed for 28 days.

Jamal Farooq, 26, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to drug-driving. Community order, banned from driving for two years, £85 costs and £85 victim services surcharge.

Sarah Jane Garvey, 26, of Weston Lane, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to fraud by making a false representation and obtaining goods valued at £1,179. Community order, £85 victim services surcharge.

Matthew Peter Harris, 22, of Merlin Close, Bishops Waltham. Pleaded guilty to driving without insurance. Driving record endorsed, £85 costs, £115 victim services surcharge. Also pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified. Jailed for three months, suspended for 12 months.

Matthew Paul Kerley, 24, of Cox Road, Chandler’s Ford. Pleaded guilty to stealing £31.39 from the Co-op. Jailed for three months, suspended for 12 months, and told to pay £115 victim services surcharge.

Thomas Douglas Mitchell, 38, of Sea View Estate, Netley Abbey. Pleaded guilty to criminal damage. One-year conditional discharge, told to pay £250 compensation and £310 costs.

Michael Paul Jeremy Slater AKA Hudson, 22, of Burgoyne Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault. Jailed for four months, suspended for 18 months, and told to pay £200 compensation.

Faisal Sumra, 20, of Northumberland Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Committed to a young offenders’ institution for one month, banned from driving for three years. Also pleaded guilty to driving without a licence. Committed to a young offenders’ institution for three months (concurrent), £115 victim services surcharge.

Lee Barnes, 38, of Southampton Street, Southampton, admitted failing to comply with a community order. Fined £80 with £20 costs.

Carl Douglas Cheyne, 24, of Victoria Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to comply with supervision requirements following release from prison. Fined £200 with £60 costs.

Shane Cole, 34, of Woodlands Way, Bursledon. Pleaded guilty to failing to comply with supervision requirements following release from prison. Supervision default order, £30 costs.

Karl Levi Anthony Powell, 35, of Lower Brownhill Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to comply with supervision requirements. Fined £40 with £20 costs.
