A CRASH caused long delays on a Hampshire motorway this morning.
The collision was at junction 11 on the M3 northbound, near Winchester, around 7am.
Traffic bosses reported a 20 minute delay, backing up towards Southampton, shortly after the collision.
UPDATE: The road has since been cleared.
