Fire crews stop washing machine fire
FIREFIGHTERS rushed to a property after a washing machine caught fire.
Crews from Fareham battled a blaze at a property in Wallington, near Fareham, after a washing machine in a garage caught fire shortly after 2am today.
A spokesman for Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service said no-one was injured in the incident and the property was not damaged.
He also confirmed the fire was due to a technical fault.
The fire was put out by 3.15am.
