TRAFFIC chiefs are warning of delays on a Hampshire road due to a broken down vehicle.
The vehicle is currently blocking one lane of the eastbound A31 at Poulner Hill.
Traffic bosses say there is a 20 minute delay, heading back past Ringwood.

UPDATE: The road has since been cleared.
