The following cases were heard by West Hampshire Magistrates' Court.

Mihai Nicusor Borea, 26, of Meggeson Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Banned for 12 months, fined £307 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Jordan Andrew Cox, 22, of no fixed abode. Found guilty of assault by beating. Pleaded guilty to stealing meat worth £100, groceries worth £61.41, vodka worth £38 and clothing of an unknown value from ASDA; meat and other items worth £74.08 from Co-op; using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour; failing to comply with supervision requirements; failing to comply with community requirements of suspended sentence. Jailed for a total of 23 weeks and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Jack Robert Lee Parker, 22, of Fullerton Place, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to resisting a police officer. Given a community order and ordered to pay £85 costs and an £85 victim surcharge.

George Kelly, 41, of Pentridge Way, Totton. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating. Given community order, fined £50, ordered to pay £100 compensation and £85 costs.

Michael Patrick O'Reilly, 27, of Warren Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drug-driving. Given community order, banned for two years and ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge.

Bradley John Travers, 19, of Edwina Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving, without a licence and taking a vehicle without consent. Sentenced to a total of 22 weeks imprisonment, suspended for 12 months, banned for 12 months, and ordered to pay £2,800 in compensation, £85 costs and a £115 victim surcharge.

Katie Victoria Howell, 32, of Fitzharris Avenue, Bournemouth. Pleaded guilty to staling merchandise worth £773.45 from Waitrose in Chandler's Ford and failing to surrender to custody. Sentenced to four weeks imprisonment, suspended for six months and ordered to pay £115 in compensation.

Daniel Jeffrey Baker, 23, of Cranbury Avenue, Southampton. Admitted failing to comply with with requirement of suspended sentence. Sentenced to 16 weeks imprisonment, suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay £50 costs.

Daniel James Grattan, 31, of Abercrombie Gardens, Lordshill. Admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements. Fined £50 and ordered to pay £30 costs.

John Graham Langmead, 28, of Hurst Road, Ringwood. Admitted failing to comply with community order. Sentenced to 10 weeks imprisonment, suspended for 12 months.

Neil Wooldridge, 28, of Queensway, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to damaging the ceiling of an NHS building in Town Quay. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and made to pay £780 compensation and £20 victim surcharge, as well as £85 costs.

Damian Karl Watkins, 27, of Graham Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to possession of a class B drug. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Delroy John Smith, 40, of Commercial Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour. Given a six-month conditional discharge and made to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

Andrew Hugh Thomson, 39, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to stealing alcohol from John Lewis. Given an eight-week prison sentence.

Liberty George Cooper, 46, of Denham Court, Ashley, New Milton. Pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order. Given a 12-week prison sentence suspended for 18 months. Made to pay £115 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

Marco Branco De Lima, 32, of Marine Drive, Barton-on-Sea. Pleaded guilty to driving without a licence and insurance. Fined £250 and ordered to pay £85 costs.

Jamie Alan Long, 39, of Farringford Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to damaging a window. Community order made and ordered to pay £186.90 compensation.

Shauna Freeman, 18, of Flowerdown Close, Calmore. Found guilty of harassment. Restraining order put in place and ordered to carry out 40 hours of unpaid work. Made to pay £85 victim surcharge.

James Stewart Henderson, 57, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to stealing £88 worth of protein powder from Holland and Barrett. Fined £100 and made to pay £88 compensation.

Penny Malaney, 44, of Millbrook Road West. Pleaded guilty to possession of a class A drug. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

Amy Georgia Hiscott, 18, of Herrick Close, Thornhill. Found guilty of harassment. Restraining order made and ordered to carry out 50 hours unpaid work. Made to pay £85 victim surcharge.
