The man was found walking in Highfield Lane.
POLICE have identified a man who was found walking in Southampton and "had no idea of who he was".
As previously reported,the force appealed for help after a man was found walking in Highfield Lane, Southampton, but did not know who he was or how he got there.
He was discovered at about 8.36am on Sunday.
Hampshire Constabulary had asked residents to come forward and help identify him.
Officers have now confirmed that the man has been identified.
